Questions About Your Heritage Club Membership?
When are the releases?
Release dates include February, June, and November with an optional holiday December release. Please be sure to specify preference for pickup at the winery or shipment to location of your choosing (customer is liable for all shipping fees and taxes)
What are the typical wine club allocation costs?
Apona Vineyards will carefully select and curate club allocations. While wine costs can vary, typical shipments (including discount) for memberships are as follows:
- Bay $140 per allocation
- Sorrel $280 per allocation
- Roan and Founders $560 per allocation
Please understand wine costs can vary widely and these are rough average costs for allocations.
Can I modify the wines in my Release?
While Apona Vineyards currently does not permit modifications to club shipments, we anticipate introducing more customizable options in the near future.
What Shipping Service do You Use?
FedEx and UPS are our primary carriers. An adult (21+) must sign for deliveries. For convenience, we recommend shipping to a business address or a local FedEx or UPS location if no adult is home during weekdays. Members are responsible for any additional shipping costs due to an address change or returned package.
Which states can Apona ship wine to?
Apona Vineyards can ship wines to most states within the US, excluding the following: Arkansas, Delaware, Mississippi, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Utah. Customers are liable for all shipping fees and taxes.
Can I bring a Friend to the Club Party?
Your complimentary access to Heritage Club Release parties is determined by your club level. Bay members receive 2 complimentary passes per event, and Roan/Sorrel members receive 4 passes per event. For most gatherings, you may bring additional guests for a fee, though certain exclusive events are reserved for members only. Additional restrictions may apply depending on the event.
How long will Apona hold my release pickup?
Apona Vineyards will hold wine release packages for 90 days, at which point wine will be shipped to customer’s address on file, using the payment method on file. Customer is liable for all applicable shipping fees and taxes.
What Happens if I miss my Wine Delivery?
If a delivery is missed the shipping service will make efforts to redeliver. For convenience, we recommend shipping to a business address or a local FedEx or UPS location if no adult is home during weekdays. Please remember- members are responsible for any additional shipping costs due to an address change or returned package.
Is there a Party for each Release?
Most releases will be celebrated with an accompanying release party. Some events will be offered for Heritage Members not associated with a wine release.
What kind of wines are in each release?
Wines for release/shipment will be carefully selected and curated based on the ideal wine styles for the season, and/or to include new releases.
What is my wine club commitment?
Heritage Wine Club is a one-year minimum commitment, extended through three wine club releases is required. Early cancellations incur a $500 fee. Members may skip one allocation every two years. Requests to skip or cancel must be submitted before the processing date for that season’s allocation. To cancel, contact our Membership Team at info@aponavineyards.com or call/text 541-321-8064.
