Questions About Your Heritage Club Membership?

Release dates include February, June, and November with an optional holiday December release.  Please be sure to specify preference for pickup at the winery or shipment to location of your choosing (customer is liable for all shipping fees and taxes)

Apona Vineyards will carefully select and curate club allocations.  While wine costs can vary, typical shipments (including discount) for memberships are as follows:

  • Bay $140 per allocation
  • Sorrel $280 per allocation
  • Roan and Founders $560 per allocation

Please understand wine costs can vary widely and these are rough average costs for allocations. 

While Apona Vineyards currently does not permit modifications to club shipments, we anticipate introducing more customizable options in the near future.

FedEx and UPS are our primary carriers. An adult (21+) must sign for deliveries. For convenience, we recommend shipping to a business address or a local FedEx or UPS location if no adult is home during weekdays. Members are responsible for any additional shipping costs due to an address change or returned package.

Apona Vineyards can ship wines to most states within the US, excluding the following:  Arkansas, Delaware, Mississippi, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Utah.  Customers are liable for all shipping fees and taxes.

Your complimentary access to Heritage Club Release parties is determined by your club level. Bay members receive 2 complimentary passes per event, and Roan/Sorrel members receive 4 passes per event. For most gatherings, you may bring additional guests for a fee, though certain exclusive events are reserved for members only.  Additional restrictions may apply depending on the event.

Apona Vineyards will hold wine release packages for 90 days, at which point wine will be shipped to customer’s address on file, using the payment method on file.  Customer is liable for all applicable shipping fees and taxes.

If a delivery is missed the shipping service will make efforts to redeliver.  For convenience, we recommend shipping to a business address or a local FedEx or UPS location if no adult is home during weekdays. Please remember- members are responsible for any additional shipping costs due to an address change or returned package.

Most releases will be celebrated with an accompanying release party.  Some events will be offered for Heritage Members not associated with a wine release.

Wines for release/shipment will be carefully selected and curated based on the ideal wine styles for the season, and/or to include new releases.

Heritage Wine Club is a one-year minimum commitment, extended through three wine club releases is required. Early cancellations incur a $500 fee.  Members may skip one allocation every two years. Roan Wine Club

Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions subject to change without notice per Apona Vineyards.

You must be 21 or older to join the wine club or purchase wine.

Allocation wines are subject to change based on availability.  

The credit card on file will be automatically charged for each allocation, with advance email notifications sent.

Membership is ongoing until cancelled. You will be charged the preset wine allocations associated with your membership until cancelled.

Commitment: A one-year minimum commitment, extended through three wine club releases is required. Early cancellations incur a $500 fee.

Skipping Allocations: Members may skip one allocation every two years. Requests to skip or cancel must be submitted before the processing date for that season’s allocation.

Release Shipment exchanges:  We currently do not allow exchanging of wines within club shipments.
